EVADNE Return & Refund Policy

At EVADNE, each product is created with deliberate care and attention. Due to the
personal and hygienic nature of body care products, we maintain the following return and
refund policy to protect product integrity, customer safety, and quality assurance.
Returns
We accept returns on unused, unopened items within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
• Unused and unopened
• In original packaging
• In resellable condition
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within forty-eight
(48) hours of delivery.
Please include:
• Your order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photo of the product and packaging
Once verified, EVADNE will provide a replacement or full refund.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within five (5) to ten (10)
business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Opened or used products
• Final sale items
• Gift cards
• Products damaged due to misuse
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or
incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. EVADNE is not responsible
for lost or missing return shipments.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within twelve (12) hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
