At EVADNE, each order is prepared with care and intention. The following Shipping Policy
outlines our processing times, shipping methods, and delivery expectations.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days after purchase. Orders
placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking
information.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Most
domestic orders arrive within three (3) to seven (7) business days after shipment.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping
method.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. EVADNE is not
responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for
additional shipping costs to resend the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been shipped and tracking confirms delivery, EVADNE is not
responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier
directly to file a claim.
Shipping Delays
EVADNE is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or
other circumstances outside of our control.
Order Issues
If you experience an issue with your shipment, please contact us within five (5) days of
delivery.
